Fully-Custom Sign FAQ's


Some of our most popular projects start with your imagination! 

How does the design process work?

First you will need to fill out an entrance form and pay your consultation deposit HERE.

Once the deposit and form are received, I will reach out in 48 (business) hours with any clarifying questions and/or a confirmation that we are starting on your designs. Your place in our manufacturing schedule is also saved at this time. You will then receive at least 3 designs (typically a 3-5 business days later but it will be specified in the confirmation email) and we will tweak from there until you are completely in love with your sign design! The cost of your sign is then calculated based on the size, custom coloring, etc. and an invoice will be sent via email. Final production will not begin until the invoice is paid. If there is a delay in payment, the date of completion for the project is subject to change.

You get three big revisions and I don’t move forward into production until you absolutely love your designs. Custom sign lead times are subject to change based on the demand. 

How many times can I edit the design?

You have three separate opportunities to revise your provided designs. 

A revision may consist of a few larger design and font swaps. Don't worry, I'm not counting each little change you make to a design, but rather three different emails with updated designs going back and forth. This is to help you stay decisive, so we get your dream sign to you in a timely manner.

Once you approve the design, we will begin production on your dream sign.

How long does production usually take?

Turnaround time on a custom sign is approximately 6 weeks from the finalization of your proof. If you've purchased RUSH processing, you can expect production to be closer to 2 weeks, if not sooner.

How much does a custom sign cost?

The cost of a custom sign is comprised of the design fee plus cost of sign materials plus labor.

Final pricing varies based upon size, intricacy of design, and materials required for completion. Below you will find the base pricing models for various sizes. Additionally, the below pricing is based on the cost of signs being created for indoor use, not outdoor use. See below FAQ for outdoor sign questions.

Do you offer shipping on custom signs?

YES! However at this time we're only offering local pickup for ANY signs over 24".

Do you offer outdoor signage?
